Ingredients:

For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the veggies: Wash and chop the lettuce. Slice the tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, and pepperoni. Drain and slice the black olives.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, pepperoni, black olives, mozzarella cheese, and croutons (if using).
- Dress and toss: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
