Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  • Prepare the Pork: Trim the pork tenderloins of any excess fat or silverskin (the thin, tough membrane). Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Combine Spices: In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, and paprika (if using).
