Crock Pot Italian Beef Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 pound boneless chuck roast: The star of the show! Provides the rich beefy flavor.

Instructions:

  • Prep the roast: Trim any excess fat from the chuck roast.
  • Sear the beef (optional): Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet. Sear the roast on all sides for a few minutes until browned. This adds extra flavor but isn’t strictly necessary.
