Chicken Fajitas Recipe – Sizzling Restaurant-Style Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced

Marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Make the Marinade:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.

Marinate the Chicken:

  • Place the sliced chicken in a large bowl or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
