Brownie Delight is a decadent layered dessert featuring a rich brownie base, a creamy cheesecake layer, a light and fluffy chocolate pudding layer, and a pillowy whipped cream topping. It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and requires no baking skills!

Ingredients:

Brownie layer:

  • 1 box brownie mix (for a 13×9-inch pan)

Cream cheese layer:

  • 11 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 carton (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (divided)

Chocolate pudding layer:

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

Topping:

  • Remaining whipped topping (from the carton)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions:

Brownie layer:

  • Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package directions in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack before assembling the dessert.

Cream cheese layer:

  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in 2 cups of the thawed whipped topping gently until just combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownie layer.

Chocolate pudding layer:

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to set slightly.
  • Pour the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.

Assemble and chill:

  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  • If using pecans, sprinkle them over the whipped cream for a final touch.
  • Cover the entire dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the dessert is completely chilled and set.

Tips:

  • For a richer chocolate flavor, use a brownie mix made with dark cocoa powder.
  • You can substitute homemade brownies for the boxed mix.
  • If you don’t have pecans, you can use other chopped nuts or chocolate shavings for the topping.
  • To make the dessert ahead of time, you can refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving for easier scooping.

Enjoy this delicious and easy Brownie Delight!
