Banana Mango Pina Colada Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients

Coconut Layer

  • 1 (9 oz) tub coconut whipped topping (like SoDelicious CocoWhip), thawed if frozen

Fruit

  • 1 fresh pineapple, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large bananas, sliced

Garnish

  • Toasted coconut chips (or flakes)

Equipment

  • 4 tall parfait glasses (or similar clear glasses)
  • Large spoon or serving scoop

Instructions

1. Prepare the Fruit: Chop your pineapple, mangoes, and bananas into bite-sized pieces.

2. Assemble the Parfaits

  • Start with a layer of pineapple chunks in the bottom of each glass.
  • Dollop a generous amount of coconut whipped topping on top of the pineapple.
  • Next, add a layer of sliced bananas.
  • Add another layer of coconut whipped topping.
  • Finish with a vibrant layer of chopped mangoes.
