Ingredients
Coconut Layer
- 1 (9 oz) tub coconut whipped topping (like SoDelicious CocoWhip), thawed if frozen
Fruit
- 1 fresh pineapple, chopped into small pieces
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 large bananas, sliced
Garnish
- Toasted coconut chips (or flakes)
Equipment
- 4 tall parfait glasses (or similar clear glasses)
- Large spoon or serving scoop
Instructions
1. Prepare the Fruit: Chop your pineapple, mangoes, and bananas into bite-sized pieces.
2. Assemble the Parfaits
- Start with a layer of pineapple chunks in the bottom of each glass.
- Dollop a generous amount of coconut whipped topping on top of the pineapple.
- Next, add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Add another layer of coconut whipped topping.
- Finish with a vibrant layer of chopped mangoes.
3. Garnish and Chill (optional): Sprinkle toasted coconut chips on top of each parfait for a tropical touch. If you’d like a colder dessert, chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
