Ingredients:
- 1 large whole-wheat tortilla or wrap of your choice
- 2-3 tablespoons hummus (classic, roasted red pepper, or another flavor you enjoy)
- 3-4 slices deli turkey (oven-roasted or your preferred type)
- ¼ avocado, thinly sliced
- Handful of baby spinach or lettuce (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prep the avocado: Gently slice your avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice ¼ of it into thin slices.
Assemble the wrap: Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
Layer the fillings: Arrange the turkey slices in the center of the tortilla. Top the turkey with the avocado slices and a handful of spinach or lettuce, if desired.
Season: Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Roll it up: Carefully fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up towards the center. Then, fold in the sides. Continue rolling the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
