Ingredients
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi (frozen)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Seasonings of choice: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, etc.
- Optional additions: Butter, garlic, marinara sauce, vegetables, protein

- Air fryer
Method 1: Pan-Fried Crispy Gnocchi
- Heat skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Add gnocchi: Carefully add the frozen gnocchi to the hot skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Cook undisturbed: Let the gnocchi cook without stirring for 3-4 minutes, or until a golden brown crust has formed.
- Flip and finish: Flip the gnocchi and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until both sides are crispy and lightly browned.
- Season and serve: Season the gnocchi with your favorite seasonings and enjoy hot.
Method 2: Roasted Gnocchi
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare gnocchi: Spread the frozen gnocchi on the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray (optional).
- Roast: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Season and serve: Season with your favorite spices and serve hot.
Method 3: Air Fryer Gnocchi
- Preheat air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare gnocchi: Lightly spray the frozen gnocchi with cooking spray (optional). Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry: Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Season and serve: Season and enjoy immediately.
