Instructions
- Soften the fluff: Scoop the marshmallow fluff into the microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 15 seconds to soften it slightly (this makes mixing easier).
- Add ingredients: Add the softened cream cheese and thawed orange juice concentrate to the bowl of marshmallow fluff.
- Mix thoroughly: Whisk vigorously by hand or use an electric hand mixer until the dip is completely smooth and has no lumps.
- Chill: Cover the bowl of dip and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least a few hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to blend and the dip to thicken slightly.
- Serve: Transfer the chilled dip to your serving bowl. If desired, arrange an assortment of your favorite fresh fruits on a platter around the bowl.
