Yields: About 4-6 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Utensils
- Large mixing bowl
- 9×9 inch baking dish (or similar size)
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Caesar dressing, chopped artichoke hearts, squeezed spinach, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Add most of the cheese: Stir in 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and all of the Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
Transfer to baking dish: Scoop the dip into your baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
Top with remaining cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip.
Bake: Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is lightly browned.
Optional broil: For an extra golden-brown top, turn your broiler on high and broil for 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Serve: Let the dip rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with your favorite dippers, like: Tortilla chips, Crackers, Pita bread, Sliced vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers).
Tips
Make it creamy: Add a splash of milk or cream if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Spice it up: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
