Instructions
1. Caramelize the Onions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add the sliced onions, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 30-40 minutes or until the onions are deeply browned, soft, and jammy.
- Let the onions cool slightly.
2. Make the Dip
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the cooled caramelized onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Chill and Serve
