- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
Prep: Line a baking sheet or large counter surface with wax paper or parchment paper. Measure out your Chex cereal and place it in a large bowl.
Melt the chocolate mixture: In the microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Coat the cereal: Carefully pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal. Use a spatula to gently stir and coat the cereal evenly.
Add powdered sugar: Transfer the coated cereal mix to the Ziploc bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag tightly, and shake vigorously until the cereal is completely coated.
Cool and serve: Spread the powdered sugar-coated Puppy Chow onto the prepared wax paper or parchment paper. Allow it to cool and set for at least 15 minutes.
Enjoy and store: Once the Puppy Chow is set, you can enjoy it immediately! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
