This will allow you to get on your hands and knees. 

The second way is jumping with your feet apart, throwing them up, so they land on the trampoline facing forward or backward (backward momentum), and then jumping right back up before they touch the ground. With either method, when you land, your feet should be in a downward dog position with your hands braced under you to give you some balance and leverage to flip over.

When your feet are pointed toward the sky, push your hips up and your shoulders down to get the height needed for the Back Drop. As you bring your legs back down, lead with them instead of your chest so that they land first.
